I’m honoured to be the 50th anniversary patron of the Vale of Glamorgan Festival this year. The festival has supported performances of my music for over 25 years and I am grateful to the artistic director John Metcalf and his team for their continued support. I’m particularly pleased to have my 2018 work Music for Ensemble and Orchestra performed alongside earlier compositions including Drumming, Mallet Quartet and Different Trains. ~ Steve Reich
