Moved from its regular May date to September 11 to 16 2021, we shared the joy of exploring music by living composers. We celebrated legendary Latvian composer Peteris Vasks, whose music channels the sublime allure of nature’s voices. Meanwhile, we commissioned new music from young Welsh composers Sarah Jenkins and David Roche and supported the next generation through our Peter Reynolds Composer Studios.
